Impossible to build alone
The gap
Support exists. It just does not talk to itself.
Founders build, hubs support, investors back and partners fund. The talent, the capital and the intent are already here.
But most of that work happens in its own corner. Relationships live in someone's contacts, not somewhere shared. Programmes run side by side without seeing each other, so the same problems get rediscovered and the same introductions get remade from scratch.
And when a person moves on or a programme ends, what they learned goes with them. Each new cohort starts again from zero, and the ecosystem as a whole never compounds.
Closing that gap takes three things: seeing the ecosystem clearly, connecting the people in it, and sharing what we learn.
